Katie Mannen was born in St. Louis, Missouri. She earned her B.A. in 2005 from Elon University in Elon, North Carolina. In 2012, she earned her J.D. from the University of Wyoming, College of Law. While in law school, Katie worked at the Wyoming Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. Katie was admitted to the Wyoming State Bar in 2013. She worked for the Teton County and Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for one year before going into private practice in May 2014 at a local Jackson, Wyoming firm. Katie made the decision to start her own practice in 2016 and is now a partner at Mannen Browne LLC.
In addition to her regular practice, Katie takes cases through the Teton County Access to Justice Center which helps to provide legal services for citizens in Wyoming who otherwise could not afford representation. She is a member of the Teton County Bar Association, and the Wyoming State Bar. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Wyoming.
